Screening for Mental Health - Online Screening Tool

This online screening tool is used by mental health and medical facilities, social service agencies, corporations, educational institutions, and the military.  I led a UX redesign effort in 2009 that included stakeholder interviews, information architecture and user flow redesign, and usability testing. During site development I assisted with functional requirements and wrote the QA test plan. I worked closely with a project manager, visual designer and developer for an 8 month site launch.

Screening for Mental Health, Inc. (SMH) is a nonprofit organization based in Newton, MA that have  in-person and online mental health screening and education for mental health conditions.
